Where is your office located?
Gathering Tank is located in Brookline Village at the intersection of Cypress and Washington Street.
It is within walking distance of the Brookline Village and Brookline Hills T stops on the D line. If driving, there is plenty of metered and street parking in the neighborhood.

Do you see clients in person or online?
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 55 minutes.
Occasionally, we might have an intense discussion that needs to go longer than an hour. In those cases, I charge a discounted rate of $25 for every quarter hour.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Unfortunately, insurance companies are a nightmare to work with. Also, they have the ability to access medical records, which is one thing when you are getting your blood pressure checked but feels like a violation of decency and privacy when it comes to the kinds of things we talk about in therapy.
However, if you have out-of-network benefits you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance company. Confirm with your insurance company that your plan provides out-of-network coverage and make sure you are clear on the reimbursement procedure.
What are your fees?
The fee for a single session is $200 for individuals and $250 for couples.
If that’s too steep for you, let me know, and we will try to figure out a rate that works for both of us.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Give me a 24-hour heads-up if you need to cancel or reschedule. That way, I can offer the appointment to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show up for the appointment, I charge a $100 fee (unless it’s an emergency, of course).
